A former teaching assistant in the Geneva School District, Natalia joined Third Street Eyecare in November of 2018 as Patient Coordinator. Keeping records, contacts, insurance and scheduling organized while ensuring prompt appointment times has made Third Street a favorite of patients who want a seamless and time efficient visit to the doctor. Whether it’s a reminder call, investigating benefit plans, or keeping the office schedule running smoothly, Natalia approaches her patient duties with a smile and friendly hello for all.
